Just recently, Great Place to Work® recognized Fcode Labs as one of the best workplaces in Asia. According to them, we ranked 35th on the list of best companies to work for in Asia in the small and medium-sized businesses category.
Having become one of the top workplaces in Sri Lanka for 2022 a few months ago, we are certainly thrilled to extend the title further. Not every company gets to do that, and as one that started from scratch just over three years ago, we couldn’t be happier!
It is challenging enough to be recognized as one of the best workplaces in Sri Lanka, much less in all of Asia. GPTW ranking 2022 identifies workplaces where employee satisfaction is as valued as customer satisfaction. The ranking is mainly based on employee opinions. That says a lot about how these workplaces are successful in providing great services all while maintaining a healthy work culture.

We at Fcode Labs adapted to the changes and made the shift to hybrid working. This has helped us provide our employees the freedom to work flexibly and without stress while keeping the spirits up.

The highlight of this achievement was when the Fcode Labs team attended the Great Place to Work Awards Gala 2022, held at Hilton Colombo last week. After an evening of sharing business insights and acknowledging companies for their amazing work cultures, our team walked home with a magnificent token of appreciation.
