The Project

Fcode Labs partnered with Arttac Solutions to develop an AI-driven diagnostic system for detecting Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO). The solution involved sending test kits to patients, collecting patient data and test results, and using AI to predict the disease and categorize patients. The goal was to enhance accuracy and streamline the diagnostic process, making it more efficient and accessible.

The Challenge

Arttac Solutions required a scalable and intelligent system to improve SIBO detection. The project needed to integrate multiple test types, provide reliable disease prediction using AI, and generate structured, comprehensive result sheets. A major challenge was training the AI model with limited data while ensuring accuracy. To address this, an auto-training mechanism was implemented to refine predictions as more patients used the test kits.

Impact

Fcode Labs successfully built and deployed the machine learning model within six months, integrating an auto-training feature that continuously improved accuracy. The project expanded into a second phase, incorporating multiple test types and enhancing the codebase and testing framework. This allowed for a more reliable and scalable solution, improving early detection and patient outcomes.
