Fcode Labs values teamwork and camaraderie among its members, recognizing that a strong bond between employees can lead to more productive and fulfilling work experiences.

That's why we organize annual outings to spend quality time together outside of work. In November 2022, we had a fantastic two-day retreat at Earl's Regency Kandy, a stunning resort located in the heart of Sri Lanka. We enjoyed various team-building activities, including group exercises, games, and outdoor sports.

We also had plenty of time to relax, unwind, and explore the beautiful surroundings. This trip allowed us to strengthen our relationships, communicate better, and foster a more positive work culture. It was a memorable experience that left everyone feeling recharged and motivated to take on new challenges.

We are already looking forward to our next outing!
