With over 60,000 employees and an annual turnover of $600M+, the client is a prominent player in the industry, known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
The project, named JARVIS, is a transformative initiative aimed at digitally revolutionizing the process of handling customer orders. Designed as a core tool for merchandising teams, JARVIS facilitates the processing, validation, and management of customer orders, addressing inefficiencies and enhancing operational productivity. The system’s goal is to provide seamless end-to-end digital solutions for managing the entire order lifecycle.
Our engagement spans a 15-month timeline, divided into three distinct stages:
1. Development Phase: Building a robust, scalable system architecture and implementing core functionalities.
2. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Iterative testing to ensure the platform meets user requirements and expectations.
3. Deployment: Launching the system in phases to ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption to operations.
