Fcode Labs collaborated with Brandix on a pivotal project named JARVIS.This core tool empowers Brandix’s merchandising staff to efficiently process,validate, and manage customer orders. The project’s mission was to bringabout a complete digital transformation in the handling of orders.
Faced with a massive volume of customer orders from renowned clothingbrands like Nike, Victoria’s Secret, and Adidas, Brandix needed to streamlineits order processing. The goal was to digitally transform and modernize theirentire order management process.
Our engagement spans a 15-month timeline, divided into three distinct stages:
1. Development Phase: Building a robust, scalable system architecture and implementing core functionalities.
2. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Iterative testing to ensure the platform meets user requirements and expectations.
3. Deployment: Launching the system in phases to ensure smooth integration and minimal disruption to operations.
