On December 11th, Fcode Labs held a spectacular award ceremony at Waters Edge - Nelum Hall, commemorating six years of excellence and recognising the pillars of their success. The event, which ran from 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM, was a night to remember, filled with surprises, entertainment, and heartfelt appreciation for the team members.
The evening began with a registration process, followed by an introduction by Dilmi and the team. The founders, Buddhishan Manamperi and Tharindu Malawaraarachchi, took the stage to share Fcode Labs' history and their vision for the next five years. Pamaljith Harshapriya, Head of Operations at Fcode Labs, then presented the plan and introduced the leadership team.
The audience was treated to a hilarious stand-up comedy session, which set the tone for the rest of the evening. The awarding sessions that followed recognised the outstanding contributions of the team members in various categories.
The first awarding session honoured team members who had completed five years of service and those who had demonstrated functional excellence. The second session presented fun awards and a token of appreciation to the comedian.
The third and final awarding session focused on value-based awards, recognising team members who embodied the company's values. The seven award winners in this category were:

Other award winners included Tharindu Wickramasinghe, Rashmi Liyanage, Oshan Jayawardana, Dushan Pramod, Evindu Rajapaksha, Ruzan Hizar, Hasitha Indika, Sandani Wimalasiri, Munsira Mansoor, Ovini Medagedara, Nimantha Galhenaga, Kavindu Dhanjaya, and Dulaj Ariyaratne.

The ceremony also featured a raffle draw, with prizes including a 5-star hotel stay, a fully funded tour to Malaysia, and a day at Peral Bay. The organising committee, performers, and presenters were also acknowledged and appreciated for their hard work and dedication.
The evening concluded with a DJ party, capping off a memorable night that celebrated the achievements and spirit of the Fcode Labs team.
