Fcode Labs was founded in December 2018 as F CODE LABS (PRIVATE) LIMITED.

The founders are Buddhishan Manamperi, Tharindu Malawaarachchi & Ramesh Rathnayake, who were batch-mates at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. They initially had the office at a room in Buddhishan's house.
