During our trip in Kandy, Fcode Labs organized an outbound training program to enhance team-building skills among our team members. The program aimed to provide a unique and interactive platform for our team members to collaborate and communicate while engaging in fun activities.

The program was conducted at Earl's Regency Hotel, Kandy, which helped the participants to break free from the monotony of their daily routine and experience something new. The activities were designed to promote problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication skills, which are essential for building a strong team.

The program was successful in achieving its objectives, as our team members came out of it with improved teamwork, trust, and understanding.‍
